Conshohocken, PA (6/7/23) Van Horn, Metz is pleased to introduce Vince Anderson as a Technical Sales Consultant on the West Coast.
Vince comes to VHM with an extensive background in the paint and coatings industry. He began his career as a chemist at Pacific Anchor working on epoxy curing agents and diluents before moving on to Air Products and Chemicals as the sales manager for Epoxy and Specialty Additives. After moving to the west coast, he joined Tri-Iso, Inc. in 1994 as a partial owner and VP of Coatings. He then moved to E.T. Horn Company in 1996 as an account manager before becoming the VP of Key Accounts, VP of Industrial Coatings, and eventually, VP of Coatings and Building Materials in 2009. IMCD acquired E.T. Horn Company in 2018 and Vince held the role of Principal Manager from 2019-2022 for several large national principals.
In 2022, Vince was awarded the Behr Process Lifetime Achievement Management and Sales Commitment Award.
“Vince brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the coatings industry on the Pacific Coast and the Southwest,” said Andy Romano, VP & Director of Sales. “We are excited to have him join us.”
Vince earned a double major bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry from University of London in 1981 and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University in 1991.
