Royale Black-PC 502

PC502 has been developed for fully bonded and strippable shield compound for power cable applications. It is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black, designed for use in semi-conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. PC502 contains very low Sulphur and low ash content so that it does not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, which improves cable's life. It provides good surface smoothness and dispersibility in the semi-conductive compound. Very low sieve residue and ash content of PC502 prevent wash out of any ionizable material which results in initiation of electrical degradation site.
